You must achieve a minimum score of 75% to pass, and you will have two attempts to pass this quiz.
Avoid using the “back” button on your browser as this may count as an attempt to take the quiz.
This quiz provides one contact hour (0.1 CEU) of State of Ohio Board of Pharmacy approved jurisprudence.
Please be sure to keep your certificates of participation, which will be emailed to upon successful completion of the quiz. The Board will not report this to the CPE Monitor.
