Ohio State Board of Pharmacy

August 25, 2003

MONDAY, AUGUST 25, 2003

1:07 p.m.

ROLL CALL

Pursuant to Section 4729.16(D) of the Revised Code, the State Board of Pharmacy convened a telephone conference call for the purpose of considering a summary suspension as required by Section 3719.121 of the Revised Code with the following members participating:

Lawrence J. Kost, R.Ph.; (Vice-President); Gregory Braylock, R.Ph.; Suzanne R. Eastman, R.Ph.; Elizabeth I. Gregg, R.Ph.; Nathan S. Lipsyc, R.Ph.; Dorothy S. Teater, Public Member; and James E. Turner, R.Ph.

Also participating were William T. Winsley, Executive Director; Timothy Benedict, Assistant Executive Director; and David Rowland, Legal Affairs Administrator.

After hearing Mr. Benedict discuss the significant facts regarding the activities of the individual, Mr. Braylock moved that the Board summarily suspend the license to practice pharmacy belonging to Matthew Bodnar, R.Ph. (03-2-24736) due to the fact that a continuation of his professional practice presents a danger of immediate and serious harm to others. The motion was seconded by Mrs. Gregg and approved by a roll call vote of the Board members participating (Aye-7/Nay-0).

The business of the meeting thus finished, the telephone conference call was ended.
